As a Post Associate Producer for ESPN’s one-hour special, I sifted through 200+ hours of raw footage to uncover the most impactful story moments, working closely with editors to shape arcs that felt authentic and engaging. I curated music to match tone and pacing, while managing clearances, deadlines, and final deliveries through a detailed tracking system. I also ensured brand partners like Dick’s Sporting Goods and Starbucks were seamlessly integrated into the narrative, balancing screen time and maintaining brand integrity. From rough cut to final broadcast, I stayed hands on to help craft a polished, cohesive story.
