More & more podcast
More & More gave me the opportunity to oversee every stage of production for a visual podcast—from developing episode concepts to delivering the final cut. Working closely with host Tesha Williams-Flynn, I helped shape conversations that explored culture, wellness, relationships, and the stories that connect us.
I led creative development, researched and booked guests, built editorial briefs, managed budgets, sourced locations, hired freelance crews, and coordinated every detail needed to bring each episode to life. On production days, I oversaw logistics and crew operations before transitioning into post-production, where I managed edits, social cutdowns, and final deliveries across platforms.
What I loved most about this project was wearing every producer hat. Whether I was refining interview questions, negotiating crew rates, solving last-minute production challenges, or collaborating with editors on the final story, I was involved from the first idea through release. It reinforced that my favorite part of producing is building thoughtful, story-driven content from the ground up.
